Sophie teaches hatha, meditation and ashtanga classes, individual sessions, teacher-training, corporate and charity sessions and workshops online and in Ditchling, serving Hassocks, Hurstpierpoint, Burgess Hill and Brighton, Sussex.
Her classes merge grounding, physical postures, breath work, relaxation and meditation techniques. Classes are light-hearted,
students will breathe deeply and leave feeling energised and relaxed.
Sophie is a senior teacher and teacher trainer registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals. This is the highest level of accreditation and demonstrates rigorous standards of training and practice. Sophie is certified to teach yoga classes, CPD training and yoga teacher training courses.
New students (all ages and experience, including beginners) are welcome anytime, including mid-term. Drop in classes where space available. Please email Sophie to book a free trial class. All mats and equipment are provided. All classes are in Ditchling Village Hall. One-to-one sessions available online, in Ditchling Village Hall or in your own home.
